My main objective with this was to just try out drawing with white on black to feel how that feels.
When I started drawing, I noticed this paper at this small a size was totally unsuitable for any detailed fur drawing, so I quickly decided to make this one about speed as well, rather than making an elaborate drawing.
So just a sketch this time.

The reference is from this month's :icondraw-along:, by ~ERWiering.

Question for those that have drawn on black paper; which paper is your favorite?

Oh, I didn't see this one yet! It's great :)
I guess it was hard to draw "the other way around". Usually you draw black on white, now you had to draw white on black. And you made it perfectly :)
I love the fur, it looks so realistic ;) and the eyes look like real too.
And they're so sweet :)
Can't believe it's just a "quick sketch"

The drawing with white on black actually wasn't too back. It takes a little bit to switch your thinking around, but once that 'clicks', it really is a lot less difficult than I had imagined. :nod:
